So, me and Tori just watched the video of the journalist being beheaded. Needless to say, we are sad for his family. Also, even though one may not be a fan of the POTUS, this is such a hard and shitty situation to be presented with. Having to make such a huge decision knowing that, no matter what you ultimately decide, there will be millions of people disagreeing with you. Its so easy to be super patriotic saying, Lets go over there and kill all the terrorists!! while sitting in your living room knowing it wouldnt affect you either way, but you have to think, theres a whole bunch of soldiers who will deploy and ultimately give their life to protect our country. There isnt really a point to this post, Ive just been getting increasingly upset with all the posts being shared, wanting all the troops to come home, but wanting Obama to magically end the war. If you dont know what youre looking at, dont share it just because it popped up on your timeline.
