So...my mom arrived here last night (thanks to my son Eli driving her cross country ;) ) and I went out to show her Moodys puppies...that were NOT in their nest, ack! So we followed her around until we heard the puppies, in a brush pile from the work we are doing, clearing dead trees and such. She had SUCH a nice den, it seemed a shame to move her and the pups to civilization (into the dog kennel) but since the stump pile will only be growing larger, it was NOT the safest place to be. Nice try tho, Moody! She BARELY fit in the entryway, but it was nice and roomy down below.
