I know I post this a lot, but this has to have been one of my greatest and most prized moments of my carreer as a musician so far. I made this track in January and it really took off, not as much as Survival did, but people loved this track, mainly as it had a bouncy drop like intro and a trancey melodic core. I began writing the melody for this about a year ago today and kept it until I got Sylenth1 to make the synths with. This track was played 3 or 4 times on RichiDanceFM by DJGregL of the duo Harry & Stone wheras Survival only got played twice, but there you go. I just wanted to say to any musician that you can be successful if you work your ass off doing it and to be honest, I am midway in doing that now. No matter what instrument you play, the piano, the guitar or anything, if you can write something with it or just generally play it, you can have success from it. It sounds a bit pathetic coming from a 16 year old, but all the same, it is true, who ever says it. I spent more or less 2 to 3 hours per day, 7 days a week working on my music for 4 years. At most, that is 21 hours a week, almost 1 whole day making music. I have spoken to musicians who, to be honest, I would have never dreamed of hearing of and I have had a good amount of labels asking me for demos and musicians asking me to do collaborations with them. Long story short, it shows what can be achieved if you really put your back in to it. If you take the time to do it and not give up (I was close to doing that many times), you will get something good out of it.
