The 4.5 star hotel they want to build is over in the triangular corner of the land and it seems to cut into the back of the Victorian Railway Institute building opposite Seymours (the North Star Hotel). I cant imagine it being any particular stand out design, so I thought Id make this pic with the old building from Collins St, Melbourne in it. (The Federal Coffee Palace) Itd certainly fit in with heritage Lydiard St and give Bendigo a bit of a run for its money!
