So, the journey continues. My fainting has FINALLY been diagnosed, (happy dancing). The electrical system of my lovely heart is impaired, so I fall into episodes where my pulse goes down to the low 30s. I will then feel extremely dizzy and quickly make it to the floor before I pass out, or I crash to the ground breaking my foot. My heart has been stopping for 5 seconds, (yikes!) and then luckily starts up again. This has happened many times since Ive been in the hospital. So, tomorrow morning I am having a pacemaker, (and I dont mean Gerry and the Pacemakers), implanted. This will completely solve this problem and I can be a normal person again...tho, as those close to me will eagerly tell anyone......Ive never been normal, and to that I say, thank the stars above. If all goes well after the surgery, (and it will), I can go home 8-10 hrs later. I cannot wait to be home!
