So then Katy . Assuming plays are not allowed, here are my ten most loved/most head-changing books. I too am surprised at the lack of non-fiction. Also currently reading American Gods by Neil Gaiman and its twisting up my brain nicely so maybe that can be a bonus. And I guess Alan , Josh , Afsaneh , Adam , Kuchenga and Marie-Louise can be my nominees: Another Country by James Baldwin Geek Love by Katherine Dunn On Beauty by Zadie Smith Lolita by Vladimir Nabakov No one Belongs Here More That You by Miranda July The Old Man and the Sea by Ernest Hemmingway From Caucasia with Love by Danzy Senna Living Dolls by Natasha Walter The Elephant Vanishes by Hakuri Murakami The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck Its maybe a bit if an obvious/lame list, but its true. Im disappointingly and perhaps surprisingly crap at setting time aside for books nowadays. Must try harder!!!
