So there I am sitting at work looking outside, Its raining. All I wanna do is go out and shoot and not be at work, so 5pm comes and the rain stops for a moment. I grab my camera and walk two blocks down (mind you I still had an hour left of work). I walked up the walking bridge, set my camera on the ledge, set my camera to manual, set my exposure, and waited for the light to turn green.
