So this 19 year old girl shot in the face is hella TRAGIC but criminal, I think not. A). If someone shows up at my office at 3:40 am, banging on the door, the first thing in my hand will be a loaded gun. B). There was a two hour time span between the wreck and her being shot. Plus the wreck occurred some distance from the location she ended up in. SUSPECT. C). People accidents do happen. Its not always a racist motivation. Remember this guy was in his house not out on the patrol for black people. I really doubt he was like, Oh snap heres my opportunity to kill a black person. Yes!!! Just my two cents.
