So today i give u mega photos- a picture is worth a thousand words, but by gum, i still have something to say! soooooo, should u choose to read on........ i tell u! i really do bend over backwards at NCQ- now i have proof, ccccccccc! (see). and, as u can plainly see, the other just sits there, on the butt, bouncing around while i am bending over backwards. nahhh, but it makes my story gd. then, as i often do, i feel like my feet are in one place, but i am reaching, reaching, reachin, bent over with my arms stretched out getting nothing but air. still, when i am bent over backwards i can still smile about it. crunching away..... getting it done, one by one. now, the doors are finally done. took months. i pulled in whoever- including my kids who think i treat them like slaves. no, but maybe indentured servants! ye, yes, yes- i am clerk of session, serve me in my powerful position- plus i get to show u guys my stripping outfit. who knows if it will ever be seen again at NCQ. the bench outside got refurbished with some poystain and looks fabulous- had to do a bit of wood-fill to it but it works. the pink begonias got planted- look carefully and u can see them. i told u guys to come down and play volleyball- sunday 4pm till 6. well now i have layla- a former college player. she will be giving free volley ball lessons from 4-4:30 for us. how cool is that! layla came in from one of the meetup sites i do for the church. can we say volleyball for God. yes? no? i still challenge you to a game- GAME ON! i got mirrors up in the entry foyer so congregants can see themselves coming and going from service. to me this is better than pictures-> really, see urself as u come and go from worship. i pushed a paper-towel behind one of the mirrors to angel it a bit so u can see the behind of u too. Part of the office clean-out i found two chalices. one still in the box with those styrofoam peanut things. well if u look i put them out on the windowsill there. ever just want to touch a chalice? well now u can. put out some bibles too- u can sit there on the bench and do some readings if you dont want to go into the sanctuary. and, the office. i got to this project sooner than i thought and a good thing too. i had a meetin with the new president of bowne civic association yesterday for a good while, IN THE OFFICE. i told u, i go to church there often, always something, u know what i mean. low and behold people are walking through the doors needin to talk business with me.
