So today is a get everything cleaned and organized before I leave. Big laundry day of comforters, throw rugs, etc. But just in the process of cleaning the fridge and freezers. So now I have my menu for the entire week. Just made homemade spaghetti sauce with tomatoes from the garden and still plenty left over. So the menu goes like this. Tonight, grilled cheeseburger with grilled veggies. Monday, salad with shrimp cocktail (need to use up the cocktail sauce and more garden tomatoes)Tues. Spaghetti, Wed, BLTs using more garden tomatoes, Thursday pork chop with baked potato. Finally Friday, last night here I think will be a Subway night. LOL. It has been a long time since I planned an entire weeks menu.
