So we are at Disney for a week for Laurens Make A Wish. This is our first day. Tonight, Lauren was getting out of the car and she slipped. The weight of her upper leg against the lower leg caused her leg to break. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance with her daddy. The hospital here is talking to her Orthopedic Surgeon at Shands to come up with a plan of what to do. Hopefully she will not have to have surgery. We would appreciate many prayers. We dont want another surgery, much less on the same leg. This child has been through enough. As Shannon, my oldest daughter just said to me, I know God has a plan but goodness, sometimes it is VERY difficult to see.
