So, we are heading for the dog days of August, named after the celestial dog star appearance in the night sky. Ever wonder why congress takes their recess in August. Its because Washington DC is built on a swamp and back before air conditioning, the swamp let you know it was there. Now the swamp is the Congress itself and everything that goes into the swamp never comes out. August is a tough month but while your out there watching trains, TTX needs your help.
