So weve been packing and preparing to move to the other side of Houston (an hour away), and we registered The Boy for school yesterday and everything went smoothly. Shocker, I know. The Boy still says that at the new school hes going to be the exotic new kid with the weird accent from British Ohio. But he was regular old him with the guidance counselor, so I think that since she knows the real deal, the jig is probably up before it even began. A few days ago he told me that he would like to leave our current neighborhood with a bang. I asked him what his definition of a bang was and he said that he would like to go TP the houses of the 2 teachers that he hated (I hated them too, so I should help), tell everyone what he actually thinks about them, and do a lot of flipping off and kiss my ass ing. I told him that sounds super awesome and Im ALL for expressing your feelings and everything, but our friends are here and its not like were moving to another country. We will come back to visit quite a bit. He said he doesnt care. He wants to leave epically, and if anyone says anything about it when we come back he can just be all I dont recall that. You must be mistaken or I dont know who youre talking about, but Im not him. Im from British, Ohio. Im not sure about the possibility of this plan working out so well.
