So whos coming tomorrow? Come on people! Sure many of you have plans for Saturday & yes its early but we need help. If all those crazy people can run 15 miles then surely we can show up to support them. You can do this & still have the rest of the day to do whatever. The organizers approached us because they wanted us there. Lets not disappoint them or the community. Details for tomorrow: Location: Corner of Wheat & King Streets. Behind Hand Middle School Time: Set up starting at 8:00. Well start playing around 8:40 or whenever the first runners show up. should be done about 10:45 Plan ahead…….how will you get to our spot, where will you park and get around the course…..traffic can be challenging. Parking will probably be sketchy so allow plenty of time to get there & get set up. I plan on being there around 8:00 (ugh) It would be nice to have a sign or a banner. Anyone want to volunteer to make a sign? Remember why were doing this……cheer, make noise, encourage and entertain the runners and spectators. Anybody have an air horn? MORE COW BELL! HAVE FUN………this should be a great experience for YOU and the RUNNERS. DRESS FESTIVE! Weather outlook is cool, The low Friday night/Sat morn is 36 so its going to be chilly. (whos bringing the coffee & hot chocolate?) Bring chairs, blankets, water & snacks. Bring noise makers & percussion instruments; no way we can drum non-stop for 2+ hours.
