Sodium Fluoride (mentioned in this video), and Fluoroscilic acid (a combination of fluoride and silicon) are what is added to our TAP WATER by most water departments. So fluoridated bottled water is not all we have to watch out for. In my home, we stick to distilled water (and we add minerals to it) or bottled water that has no fluoride that has been processed by reverse osmosis (still has a trace amt of fluoride, but is far better than drinking water from your home tap). To bathe we often add Epsom Salt (which helps make the fluoride too large to enter through the skin). So often, one must look to older information (which the scientific community would call outdated in order to justify thier BS promotion of it today), or information from other countries (whose scientists often tend to be more straight forward and honest) for accurate information.
