Some ab in and outs during todays leg day. I do the bulk of my ab work on one day but I usually have one short ab exercise towards the end of each workout to finish the day. While siting in a bench get is a V position with your knees slightly bent. Use your abs to bring you knees to your chest while keeping your legs ridged. If you dont have a weight bench you can set on the floor. To increase the difficulty you can add a very light dumbbell by holding into it with your feet.
