Mr Brandis this morning said he was pleased with the outcome. “Not only will this policy provide spacious, well-appointed accommodation for many hundreds of asylum seekers. It will also ensure that this beautiful piece of carpentry is well maintained for many years to come. “My only hope is that the refugees who are lucky enough to be housed there enjoy the space as much as my books did”.
