Some ass hole ruined my flow of a good day today. He complained that there was only one flavour of choc tops available. I apologised and began to explain why we didnt. He then cut me off and said thats your problem without listening to what I had to say, and then said I didnt know how hard it was to make choc tops. Go and make one yourself then. Why do people go into a place with with an attitude and expectation that everything should be perfect, and then give the staff a hard time that are clearly helpless about the situation if it isnt? Im clearly not in charge of rostering people to a job. Some people lose their empathy and understanding so quickly.
