Some news from the Tatas front. Just got a call from a Ms. Monica Nahar from the office of Cyrus Mistry, Chairman, Tata Sons, that the issue of my Tata DoCoMo phone will be resolved soon and that she will revert back to me very soon. Yesterday, I received half a dozen calls from their local office and they all assured me that matters will be set right soon. But the phone still lies silent oblivious to the churn outside. Ms.Nahar was very reassuring and very smoothly professional. She also assured me that the problems with the Call Center and website will also be resolved. The matter regarding the Voltas air conditioner has been referred to another department. But I left her with the question, what happens to the millions of others who cannot reach the office of the Chairman? She told me that every complaint gets the same attention. That for some reason leaves me a bit worried!
