Some of you may remember this little trickster from the other night - Stollie, who escaped from his home in Kuluin. A lot of you were quick to judge on how skinny he was when his owner, Chris, was away working and his family were looking after him. Chris arrived home from working away yesterday and took Stollie straight to the vet to see why he was so skinny (because he actually has been eating like a horse) and it was brought to Chris attention that poor Stollie actually had a quite developed form of prostate cancer that had not been picked up before in previous check ups. Therefore he was obviously not getting satisfied from his food because of this illness and Chris made the horrible decision to put beautiful Stollie down this morning as it was obvious how much he was suffering. Next time dont be so quick to judge other people and how they look after their dogs - most of us are doing the best we can. RIP Stollie - youre in a better place now ❤️
