Some things that bug me when I go to the gym: 1) Take your freakin PT belt off! There is no traffic inside and I can see you just fine! 2) Walking on the treadmill for 10 minutes is not a workout. 3) Quit walking around the gym with barrels under your arms. You may weigh 130 lbs soaking wet. 4) Your annoying grunts when you lift weights need to stop! You are lifting 50 lbs. 5) Stop walking around the gym talking to random people while they are working out. No one likes it and I WILL punch you int he face! 6) Stop wearing clothes that are 3 sizes to big! I can see you have lost weight but I can also see that the clothing is getting in the way. Fail! 7) If the weight is too heavy the first time, what makes you think a second attempt is a good idea? You dont have a spotter!! 8) If youre fat then dont wear tight clothing because you are makeing everyone sick! 9) If there are cardio machines open why do you pick the only one next to someone? 10) If you smell then take a shower and change your clothes before coming to the gym. I will have my own BO to deal with after Im done working out and dont need to smell yours! Feel free to add.........
