Someone posted the following review for my book, Saints in the Arms of a Happy God recently, and it was a great encouragement: I dont think I have been as profoundly moved by a book, both intellectually and emotionally, as I have this one since reading The Divine Conspiracy by Dallas Willard and The Ragamuffin Gospel by Brennan Manning. It took me 2 1/2 weeks to read it because there was a lot to digest. If youve had your head stuck in the sand about the contradictory nature of God we have preached, Jeff helps blast you out of the sand. He holds a mirror up so you can see the goodness of God in Jesus. You dont have to ignore some unpleasant passages in the Bible to believe in Gods radical goodness, either. Jeff tackles Hell, justice, atonement, wrath, holiness, judgment and a slew of other topics in this masterpiece. He respects your intelligence, but writes so all can grasp the message. If I can only leave 5 books with my children as part of their inheritance, Saints in the Arms of a Happy God must be one of them. Dont be scared of 400+ pages. Each page is a rich feast that is a taste of the glory for all to enjoy. I just want to express my appreciation for those who are purchasing the book, and helping to spread the word about it. You all mean the world to me, and I hope that my story and journey can help you on yours. If youve read the book and have been impacted by it, please remember to leave a review on Amazon. It really helps! If youve not gotten a copy yet, follow the link in the comments section to get one in either paperback or Kindle formats.
