Someone want to enlighten me about what the heck is going on in my neighborhood? Is this like Trick or Treat day/night for the college students? They are stumbling around in groups all over the place. Every block has loud music blasting and they seem to be playing some kind of game with throwing a ball into plastic glasses on a table. This all started shortly after noon. So if any of you are into cashing in bottles and cans for $, I would say that what you find around campus right now should support you for the next year. So help me understand this..... I have to study my butt off and worry that at my age my brain cells arent going to give me much help. And they are out there killing their brain cells. How do so many graduate?
