Something is terribly WRONG. Baby Deseray was also given to a family in South Carolina. They are currently trying to finalize this adoption there. However, Oklahoma judge ordered the baby to be returned to Oklahoma and gave jurisdiction to the Absentee Shawnee Tribe who should have had jurisdiction in the first place. AND the couple seeking to adopt this baby RECENTLY HAD HER REMOVED FOR CHILD ABUSE. Yet, the attorney (also the attorney for baby Veronica) is still fighting for SC to have jurisdiction and for the finalization of this adoption to this couple that are in their 60s. So OKLAHOMA didnt approve of this adoption, Gov. Mary Fallin where are you NOW? Why arent you demanding the law be upheld in this case?
