Something just connected with me when I saw Kimis transformation. Shes real, she speaks of what happens with so many of us, and she shows that this is a lifestyle change - not a quick fix that doesnt last. And she looks absolutely AMAZING!! I was always a cheerleader in high school, so I was used to being in shape. But when I got married, I gained about 40 pounds. No big deal—I would run from time to time and lose some of it. But when I got pregnant, things just snowballed. The first time I got on the scales after having my baby, I was shocked. I weighed almost 200 pounds. I promised myself—and my baby—that I would never, ever weigh that much again. Luckily, one of my old friends from high school is a Beachbody Coach. She lost a lot of weight and she was always posting inspiring messages. I took her spirit to heart and started exercising until I was back down to my pre-baby weight. But I was still considered “obese,” according to my BMI measurements. So since my friend had lost her weight with Turbo Jam, I figured, what can it hurt? And boy, am I glad I did. I fell in love right away. The workouts are challenging. The music is great. And Chalene... what can I say? She makes everything seem possible. I did what I could and felt like I improved every day. When my Coach suggested that I move on to Turbo Fire, I loved it even more. And guess what? I’ve returned to my wedding weight and I’m pretty close to weighing what I weighed in high school! I feel so good about myself. Now I love working out so much that I have decided to become a fitness instructor. Now that I am a Beachbody Coach and a certified Turbo Kick instructor I want to pay it forward and let everyone know that anything is possible. Being fit is achievable, but it is something everyone needs to work on every day. Taking care of your body is continuous, and I love it. There isn’t a finish line. ---Perfectly said
