Somethings just NEED TO BE SAID... There are no Boundaries to the DJs being put on in new york.... Its just become a silly game for show and being COOL or look at me im a DJ NOW I like TECHNO now ha. It should be about talent and Respect and your Record Releases and Support. I was 10 years old recording Techno/Rave off RADIO SHOWS and such and getting dragged shopping with my mom listening to my CASSETTE player of what I recorded. Walking around VINYL stores shopping for records with my Bro. Was instilled in me the love for it. WAS on THE DECKS at 12 years old. There are kids being booked at major clubs saying there all about TECHNO who A YEAR ago was USING A MP3 CONTROLLER ASKING ME if I could teach them how to play on vinyl or CdJs... Its such a joke just cause your Buddy or Cousin or some BS is a promoter. MOST OF ALL punks who hated the GENRE who talked some much shit about TECHNO music and Artists and SAYING NO ONE WANTS TO HEAR THAT! THey never played it now there trying to be a part of it and play it... its One thing to get into it but to be about All About THE COMMERCIAL and EDM and hating on TECH and now saying you are it, COME ON NOW. You Tell the same BORING Story the car radio tells all day when you play and now your out snapping pics at Techno shows with the DJs trying to be cool and Know some DOUHE BAG PROMOTER who knows nothing about THE MUSIC to get you a gig.... IT SICKENS ME.... People are in it and put on FOR ALL THE WRONG REASONS. SOOO MANY people DONT belong in a Booth or let alone playing in a Major NY Techno Club... ALL PUNK WANKSTAs who dont deserve a DAMN THING.!!! EVEN HEAR THAT THESE PROMOTERS ARE HAVING THESE KIDDIES PAY THEM TO PLAY. Money Can Buy A lot but DEF NOT RESPECT.
