Sometimes I post negative thoughts, but today I am full of praise for American. I spoke to a great, friendly guy at the American Airilnes Award Travel center in Dallas named Jerry and he was awesome. He helped me a lot and he was great to talk to. When my phone dropped the call he even called me back. This is customer service at its best. Jerry is a real credit to American and now American will be my prefered carrier. Thanks Jerry.
