Sometimes traffic tickets are caused when the driver’s actions dispute the perspective of what a police officer saw on his or her end, which in turn leads to a possible situation where the ticket is not objective. For example, if a car speeds up and switches lanes without a signal because the car in front of them erupts into flames, this is a situation that is out of the norm and warrants a different kind of consideration.
