Soooo.... what a silly stallion! True story! Hes grazing away before the farrier comes,so I go and get my clippers and plug them in, open the gates to the barn...he comes up and puts his halter to the rope, then he steps up into the barn and starts playing with the sunscreen and bug spray--so he gets both, then I clip his muzzle as the farrier shows up. He stands in the barn and never moves........so then I back him out and turn him loose to go get the mares toes done. Come back and spend all of 3 minutes clipping his legs, ears and bridle path (yes, I did), put him back in the pasture....I close the gate to the barn and wrap the chain around it to keep it closed. I then go to the other side of the garage and start skirting wool. I hear a chain rattling, but mind you this is a 7 foot med weight chain that is wrapped in a zig zag pattern, it take me time to think AND unwrap it. So, I leave the noise in my head.... it carries on for a while, then stops, but then I hear hooves on the barn floor, hmmm???? Yep, silly Rhocky let himself into the barn and is having some alfalfa. I go up there and say, do you want in your stall--he goes in and waits for me to close the door.......... crazy Arabian stallion! lol. Have I mentioned that Rhocky Rhoad is pretty awesome, lately?! :D
