Sorry everybody I thought I had put a comment down after I got home from my procedure. I just woke up from sleeping more than 8 hours later. They gave me a 2 Valium to calm my nerves. Guess that put me to sleep. Still could feel some of the pressure but it wasnt as bad and I wasnt all hyped up. My Dr. Is fantastic and his assistants. He doesnt like needles either. Makes me feel better for being afraid of needles. Guess we all have some fears. They put Lidocaine on the areas they were going to work on prior to them numbing the areas and then doing the procedure. They were only going to do one spot but I see at least 4 bandages on my leg under my medical stockings that I have to leave on for 3 days straight. No driving for 24 hours, keep leg elevated, dont sit for longer than 15 minutes without getting up, or dont stand for periods of time. My leg is stinging now so just put it back up on the pillow. Guess Ill do a lot of laying around for three days with my leg up. Doctors orders....lol. Now I have an excuse. Not really Im not the lay around girl. Oh well. Go back Tuesday and I will see how the leg is doing and whether I will need more on my right leg and when I will get my left leg done. Found out varicose veins are hereditary. Thanks for all the prayers...I feel loved☺️ God is good.
