Sorry for my rant -- David and I are renovating our house this year and we had a dumpster and a storage container in our front driveway for a few months when we got the ugly letter from our home owners association. We kept the yard in order and made sure debris did not fall/blow out. I started walking recently and have taken several different paths in the neighborhood. I am amazed at how badly some of the yards and fronts of houses are. I think they should direct their attention to those that are running down the neighborhood and not those trying to make improvements.
