Sorry for the rant but! When people are on the To Give Away - TopicsExpress

Sorry for the rant but! When people are on the To Give Away Sites, looking for Christmas Gifts for their Children because they cant afford the extra .. GET OFF SOCIAL ASSISTANCE AND GET A JOB THEN! Like all of the rest of us! Why should I have to get up and go to work every day, with my child at a babysitters EVERY day, while other people use welfare as a permanent solution instead of to help them get back on their feet. I know Mothers that work FULL TIME and are single and are finding it hard to purchase gifts for their children but you dont see them posting asking for help. There are single Mothers working themselves to the bone, and still trying to give their kids the best Christmas they can, and then there are Mothers that are sitting on Welfare, continuously having kids to get their Child Bonus and more welfare and then on the To Give Away sites begging for gifts for their children. We already pay for gifts for your children, take some of that money and go buy your own! I dont mean to be mean, but if you think I want to work where I work, and then come home and go online to see Mothers begging for gifts for their children .. oh and then go on their personal facebook and see the same time they posted asking for gifts for their kids their status is about getting fake boobs! Cant afford gifts for your children, because you sit on social assistance and Child tax for your living - then you certainly can not afford to even be having conversations about getting fake boobs! Social Assistance is there to HELP, not as a permanent solution. Sorry for the rant, but it just drives me all to hell .. we have so many hard working Mothers and families that are trying to hard to give their kids a good Christmas, and then there are all the people sitting on Social Assistance, and begging for gifts for their Children. Pfft, GET A JOB LIKE THE REST OF US HAVE TO!
