Sorry for this long post but I am at BK with Alex cause it has a play area. The girl behind the counter was training and they got slammed and the manager had to go help somewhere else and was bouncing back and forth helping both areas. A lady came it and was snapping and being mean saying stuff like she is training, she cant just press a button and lets see if she can handle a simple order like a whopper with only ketchup and mayo(this is when I decided the lady is nuts, who only gets mayo and ketchup. Nasty. ) saying this all loud enough that the girl is starting to fluster and get embarrassed. then she goes up there and is completely rude and ignorant. This poor girl should not have had to deal with that. I wish I would have said something but some other lady was talking to Alex and he wasnt havin it. So, people, if you are going to go eat at a fast food joint, dont treat the peps behind the counter like you are so much better than them. No one wants to do that job but it has to be done and this was what was handed to them. Give em a break, jezzzz !!
