Sorry if Im repeating an earlier thread, since Im brand new here. I decided to de-tune the middle string to make a minor triad and place the Strumstick in my lap and work out some slide playing with a 3/4 inch socket, held from the outside. The most natural position is to start over the 2nd fret, as finger picking from there gives you a minor scale (although not a complete blues scale). You can also convert your diatonic Strumstick to other Chromatic keys in major or minor with some practice finding the relative chords, just using the slide as a capo instead of using sliding and vibrato.
