South Philadelphia I just received a call from Officer Paul Bryson who asked me to post that we had 4 deaths right here in SP within a 24 hour period of heroin overdoses. This drug has become an epidemic in this area and we dont want to see this number climb. If you have a family member or know someone who is addicted there are resources out there to get help. TOSPSB is also utilizing its resources to help anyone in need.
