You know, there isnt much about this girls parents and I that dont parallel. Im a HUGE Deadboy and the Elephantmen fan because Im a huge Dax Riggs fan (I love Acid Bath, Daisyhead and the Mooncrickets, Agents of Oblivion-All Dax Riggs bands) and I have been WELL aware of Slender Man for about three-four years due to my daughter and her friends. But this is where the parallel ends-My daughter and her friends knew and know that Slender Man is fictional and not real and certainly wouldnt go out stabbing people as a human sacrifice. The legend was suppose to be just silly harmless fun with your friends as most stories like that should be, to send a chill up your back and laugh nervously. No, what you have here is a kid that was interested in killing someone, was delusional and used this as a platform to blame that on. She knew damn well what she was doing and that she shouldnt do it. Dont blame the parent for their music choices or for being morbid, blame them only because they should have explained to her the difference between fantasy and reality.
