Speaking of the move etc, to vent a bit, Ive been out of touch so long because when we moved in with Frankies son his and wife, they decided to take away internet access, TV and phones. They charged enough rent that we couldnt even keep a cell phone up and running except barely enough for job searches. (and they followed up on every number we ever used) When my kidneys failed, they screamed and I mean SCREAMED at Frankie for wanting to spend time in the hospital with me (which wound up being about 3 weeks total) Then, after first back surgery, and then that, they yelled all the time because I havent been able to be as active as I was before the surgeries and illness! After my surgeon told me to take is very slowly! But they knew more... Demanded to take part in every doctors visit I had... which is why they are both on my list of people medical personnel are not allowed to discuss anything with no matter what my condition. Among the things in their agenda, which they flat out admitted was to take our cats out of our life, which they managed to do quite well. Of course then they got a dog, when their initial excuse for no cats was no animals period, but dogs of theirs seem to be fine. I try not to hate the dog, hes a sweet dog, and I like animals, this one is very lovable too but a part of me cant help wanting to see harm come to it. Not its fault, but I need to forgive myself for feeling that way. They disliked the influence I have on Frankie, so they were starting a campaign to break us up, and then they tried to put me in a nursing home! I may be sick, but I can and AM getting better. No thanks to them! In order to leave we had to lose pretty much everything we owned, and are in a crapful of debt, but we are free and climbing out slowly. and a lot better off for it. Luckily I can say that hes not my son, I did the best I could, but there wasnt much to work with by the time I met him. And sadly, he decided to take after his Father and not his Mother, who deserves so much more. More than Ive ever been able to give her, but definitely more than him as a son. anyway, thats the short story of my vanishing, Ill catch up with folks as I can.
