Spent the afternoon in a meeting with the planning dept at RANCHO CALIFORNIA WATER DISTRICT It was a diverse group of people in attendance talking about the future of Vail Lake Resort. Rancho is in the process of getting a full evaluation of the property from both a economic and environmental aspect. They basically want to know what they can do and where they can do it. They are very interested in maintaining the recreation aspect to include hiking, biking, and equestrian. For sure the 2015 year will be about growth and possibilities. It was great to have Rex Roberson and Rich Wessels in the meeting with us. Great perspectives and info to be had. Also got to tip my hat to Jeff Brown for making it happen while in the most chaotic of times! Jeff you are a good man and Im glad your heading up the ops! I have agreat feeling for the Future at Vail Lake. Next week more meetings and info!
