Spotlight on Speakers: Deborah Sauer, “Developing Content for that Super Computer in Your Pocket,” InterChange 2014 Deborah is a member of the User Experience group at Sonos, Inc., a leading manufacturer of wireless music systems. Deborah is an STC Fellow and served on the international STC Board of Directors as Assistant to the President for Conferences. She has won numerous STC awards, including an STC International Award of Recognition, several STC Outstanding Service Awards, and many awards in our chapter’s Technical Publications Competition. Deborah earned a Master’s Degree in Technical and Professional Writing from Northeastern University and also taught in the graduate program there. She has been a guest lecturer at Bentley University and Endicott College. She owned and operated Deborah Sauer Consulting for 12 years. Notable clients include Land O’Lakes, iRobot, Philips Consumer Electronics, Avid Technology, Carl Zeiss, and Hewlett Packard.
