Spring Chicken in Plum sauce Ingredients 1. 1 bottle plum sauce 2. 2 level tsp sugar 3. 2 tsp Lime juice 4. 1 tsp unsweetened chilly sauce 5. 2 Garlic chopped 6.1 tsp dry mustard 7. 2-3 tsp sesame seeds ground fairly fine Mixed well before adding plum sauce, lastly add sesame seeds Vegetables 2 cucumber keep away from water to soften before cutting spiral style, soak in water and keep in fridge, drain thoroughly before use 1 tsp pickle ginger 5-6 pickle leeks cut into strip Spring chicken cut into ½ inch strip Marinate with ½ tsp soya sauce 1 tsp water and sesame oil garnished with century eggs
