**Spring-Fall Training, Saturday 7/19, 7:00am** Runners and Walkers - 12 miles at aerobic pace (Runners and walkers should target 60-90 seconds slower per mile than race pace for aerobic training.) Run/Walkers - 7 half-mile repeats. The weather is predicted to be in the mid 80s. Hydrate, dress appropriately! **1000 MILE CLUB** Have you reached 1000 miles already? If you have earned your 1000 Mile Club pin, let Scott Applegate or Kris Winemiller know, so we can present you with this well-earned recognition. **Other Reminders** -Don’t leave your keys at the school if you are running or walking different mileage than the official club mileage for the week. Don’t leave valuables, including wallets and cell phones, at the school or in the water station bins. Leave them at home or lock them in your trunk. We do our best to get the clothes you leave at the water station back to the school, but dont leave anything of any value to you. -Lost and Found is already filling up again. Claim your items this Saturday. -Wear your club shirts. Use your HydraPouch too—it’s good for the environment and it saves the club money by cutting down on our cost for disposable cups. -Did you participate in a race last weekend?
