St. Stephens Church, Kitara - Katwe built and completed in 2012. - TopicsExpress

St. Stephens Church, Kitara - Katwe built and completed in 2012. It was launched by the RT. Honorable Amama Mbabazi. The church has over 2,000 members! My honest opinion on how Kampala Capital City Authority - KCCA continues to hoodwink Ugandans on the way they do their work; where were they when the ground breaking of this church was made? Was the Physical Planning Authority absent or sleeping in 2012? Tell them about investing all their time and efforts in fighting Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago and failing to realize their technical duties. Was the Church constructed without an approved plan from the authority? This tells you how the beautification was done before the Jinja road maintenance must have followed the same level of reasoning like St. Stephens Church. I think Kampala is being managed in the dark rather than on a plan. Development cant be treated like miracles that it will appear from the blue, it must be discussed, appreciated, supported and realized by the people of Uganda. The plans of Kampala should be clear and public that no man/woman or group of people should harbor thoughts in limiting future developments or expansions but why should illegal structures continue to prop up like there are no authorities in Kampala? Why? Where is leadership when needed to protect public land? Is this country in the hands of Mr. Bean?? Odoobo Charles Bichachi Godber W.
