Staff Accountant Innovative Talent Solutions is currently seeking an expert Staff Accountant for our Raleigh-based Client. Our Client is dedicated to providing the best products to professionals in the healthcare field and is looking for a strong accounting professional to join their team. Ideal Candidates are polished, attentive to detail, and have at least 5 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment or at a CPA firm. Industry experience is also a plus. Primary Responsibilities: • Preparing general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations on monthly and quarterly basis • Performing financial reviews, analysis, and reporting • Assisting in other financial functions as needed • Analyzing and converting data in a clear manner Key Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field • CPA, preferred • At least 5 years experience with corporate accounting OR at least 5 years at a CPA firm • Experience with preparing general ledgers and journal entries as well as experience performing month end closes and financial analysis • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Accounting Systems, and PC Applications • Strong knowledge of GAAP and SEC standards • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to perform in a team-based environment We’re looking to fill this position as soon as possible!
