Standards for Fall Free for All as stated on the registration site: STANDARDS Elite - If you are capable of completing the most popular “girl” and “hero” WODS as prescribed, you should register for the Elite division. We understand the strengths and limitations of our community and will not program movements, loads or skills that the majority of the athletes can not perform. our goal is to make the tempo of the events fast and exciting. The weight in this division will be programmed depending on the movement. The skills will be common movements such as double-unders, pistols, C2B pull-ups (females) and muscle-ups (males. Use these workouts (loads and skills) to help guide you: Diane * Fran * Grace * Mary * Nancy * McGhee * DT * Danny * Holbrook. Amanda RX and Masters - If you struggle to complete the popular “girl” and “hero” wods as prescribed due to inability to perform skills or the load is too heavey then you should register for the RX division. The weight in this division will be approximately 70% of the Elite division. The skills in this division will be scaled down. One example is muscle-ups in Elite Division will be pull-ups in RX Division. Teams - Teams will perform the same weight and skill set as the RX Division. Teams will be able to partition most movements, particularly the most difficult. Not everyone on the team will have to perform each and every movement. At least one teammate should be able to perform the more difficult movements such as muscle ups/Chest to Bar Pull Ups, etc. Scaled - Chin over Bar Pull Ups, Power Clean 135#/95# for reps, Front Squats 135#/95# for reps, jump rope single unders, perfomr Olympic lifts (Clean and Jerk/Snatch).
