Started my morning off with my doTerra Live Long Vitality supplements and my green smoothie consisting of kale, strawberries, water and a scoop of doTerra Slim and Sassy Trim Shake - chocolate. Adding the Trim Shake helps me get through the morning on the route wi5hout being hungry. Ill some string cheese and a V-8 juice with me in case I do feel some hunger pangs before getting home.
