Starting my AdvoCare 24 days challenge journey tomorrow. I am so - TopicsExpress

Starting my AdvoCare 24 days challenge journey tomorrow. I am so excited, yet nervous. I am been in the 95% of body weight in my age since I was little. Growing up being a big girl, being large is all that I know. I hope with my new diet, exercise and my new friend advocare I will achieve something I have never had before, true health. No more bingo wings, no more thunder thighs, no more inner-tube jokes. No more jokes, jeering, and stares. For 22 years I have lived with that, and no more! I have tried many diets, exercise regimens, and even stopped eating. All that did was wound me. I am going to do this the healthy way, I know I have a long way ahead of me, it has taken 22 years to get this weight off, but it will not take that long to loose it. My greatest flaw when it comes to weight loss is my motivation. Every now and then I need that little kick in the rear to remind me to exercise, and if I refuse that huge kick in the butt to go. I have been given a challenge by my boyfriend to loose 6 sizes by the end of the year. Size 24 to a size 14. Honestly the lowest size I ever remember being was a size 11, and that was only because I had a horrible case of pneumonia and could not keep anything in my system. I have been a size 18-24 since middle school. Plus sizes are all that I know. When I cross that line onto the normal sizes at a store and they fit I am throwing a freaking party!! That is a dream of mine, to no longer have to wear plus sizes. Yes I know some plus size women are beautiful, but for once I would like not to be one. Just to see what it feels like. No I am not looking to be a size 0 or 2, my target goal is a size 6-8 or 130 lbs. If you have read this to its completion, thank you. If you would like progress on my journey, feel free to drop me a message. I would love to hear from you. And in the words of the Joker, "And here we go."
