Annual Salary Minimum: $24,322.08 Annual Salary Maximum: N/A Duties & Responsibilities: Under limited supervision, supervises and assumes administrative responsibility of administrative support staff within health department. Provides guidance, consultation and technical assistance and/or training to the support staff with the organization, as well as fee collections and reporting. Minimum Training & Experience: High school diploma or GED and four years of related experience with at least two years of supervisory experience OR Two years at the lower level or at an equivalent position OR Two years of college or Associate degree and two years experience as a lead worker. Agency Specific Qualifications and/or Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of computer programs, ie, Microsoft Access, Word and Excel, M&M Accounting and Patient Information System. One year performing clerical tasks; ability to balance cash drawer. Completion of a post-secondary vocational/technical program in Computer Information Systems. Supervision of multiple employees with the ability to motivate and provide constructive advice in a positive manner.
