Status Update By Theo Van Vuuren Water update Thanks to the teams and a very special thanks to Highveld Steel and Vanchem, for the assistance to repair both the water pipe from the dam and the pumps in a record time. I am pleased to confirm that barring individual pipe bursts and problems with water meters, we will no longer experience a general outage this week. ALL AREAS SHOULD HAVE WATER WITH NO OUTAGES. By tomorrow we also hope that Water Affairs will open the line at Ganala again. We also made use of this opportunity to clean the reservoirs at Ganala, and the quality of water will be much better. Thanks to everyone for being prepared for the worst case scenario, luckily we have past yet another potential crisis due to great team work and the assistance of the private sector.
