Steve and I had a great 3 days on the Zillertal Bike Challenge. One of the hardest events I have been part of. Gutted to have had to pull out of the 3rd stage, Doctors and ultra sound tomorrow to make sure nothing has been torn too badly. Pretty hard to walk today, put it this way, I wont be doing lunges any time soon! Full stage step by step write ups to come. I will be riding the last stage in the next weeks to come after my injury has recovered. I feel I have too, for those who were taken and have been hit by cancer, and for those who kindly donated for a great cause. Thanks to everyone for all the support
