Still digging in the weeds in Joliet. Remember the naming rights discussion with the WCMEAAs board on December 17, 2014? Attorney Ed Jarot, Foundation board member, told a member of this group that Mr. Czerkies had not been sold naming rights, that it was not a purchase, we were confusing apples with oranges, Foundation versus Authority. Look at times 1:30:00 and 1:41:36, 1:43:13 on the video. Then have a look at the minutes of 04/30/08, pages 3 and 4. ...It is important to inform Ms. Mavrich that, if there is an opportunity to enter into a naming agreement with another party at a sum such as the $10 Million currently listed on our naming opportunities, it would be contrary to the best interests of the Rialto to decline that offer. I will place links to both the video and the minutes in question in the comment section of this post. It would be nice to see the Foundations minutes for this time period, no?
